Mulchand has unique experience of working in the field of Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury Investment, Internal Audit, Sales and Credit, RERA and executing consultancy assignments for fund raising in the field of Real Estate & other industry. Mulchand started his career with ICICI Home Finance where he handled Treasury investment, regulatory reporting, direct & Indirect taxation, Accounts & audit portfolio. Thereafter he has worked with very large business group at Dubai and was part of promoters core team for Finance Reporting.
After working in middle east for two years, he joined Tata Capital Housing Finance. in tata, he contributed significantly for regulatory reporting, building internal control, MIS reporting, Monitoring PAN India vendor payment, financial reporting, board presentations with impeccable track of quality and timely reporting. Then he took internal movement in construction finance vertical with focused leading to construction finance – Affordable housing. He handled entire gamut of transaction from sourcing till disbursal, post disbursal monitoring till loan closure.
In September 2016, Mulchand joined fusion as partner with special focus for Real Estate financing and RERA advisory. Mulchand is qualified Chartered Accountant with 14 years experience. He was also nominated by Tata Capital for MDP-IIMA-special batch at Bhutan in the year 2014. among all recognition from Tata Capital, the precious recognition was accepting and implementing unique idea about “planting Tree” on employees Birthday, which also helped him to realise his dream of contributing to social cause.
